Our president and leading consultant, Mr. Dan Shina, founded Sales & Business Consultants, Inc., his 4th startup, on the principles of integrity, honesty, and a helping hand to all those business owners who struggle with their day-to-day tasks. Dan realized years ago that helping his fellow struggling entrepreneurs was to become a passion. Having over thirty years in business and sales in multiple industries such as, retail, wholesale trade, the food industry, medical devices, medical equipment and supplies, and the family charitable organization. With this knowledge and experience, Dan built, grew, and sold his 3 prior successful businesses - two medical equipment companies and one restaurant.

Dan knows the struggles first hand of his fellow entrepreneurs. Through the years he has provided consulting and coaching for numerous business owners. In addition he has surrounded himself with a team of talented consultants, coaches, and mentors with various industry backgrounds such as management, finance, human resources, manufacturing, sales and marketing, and tax planning.
